2 PAC-12 officers must arbitrate retaliation claims, judge rules
San Francisco Superior Court Judge Richard B. Ulmer agreed, granting the motion to compel arbitration despite Mark Shuken, who was the president of the television venture known as PAC-12 Networks, being the only plaintiff to sign an arbitration agreement.




A San Francisco judge on Tuesday ordered two former executives for PAC-12 Enterprises LLC to arbitrate their defamation and retaliation claims stemming from a $50 million dispute between the PAC-12 and television provider Comcast that led to their termination in January 2023.
