Cultural Competency: Mother of all prejudices
Judges recognize that some languages have tonal components that may sound rude and aggressive. Not every speaking expression is indicative of violence and disrespect to partners, and some cultures use body language more than others.





The word Mother in Arabic is commonly used to describe the most significant. “Mother of All Wars” was coined by Saddam Hossein 30 years ago in his 1991 attack on Kuwait. It meant “The Greatest War.”
