Crypto crash defendant asks judge to toss investors’ claims

"We're glad they have decided not to continue tilting at windmills, and we fully expect to continue to see meritless legal claims against Terraform Labs fail as we defend against them," a company statement said.

The last defendant company involved in the cryptocurrency $LUNA, which experienced one of the biggest crypto crashes in history, asked a judge Tuesday to dismiss or move to arbitration claims from investors seeking to recover the money they lost.
