The federal government finally files its antitrust case against Amazon
A key question that remains unanswered at this early stage: what is the end goal of the FTC’s lawsuit? The complaint generally seeks to permanently enjoin Amazon from continuing to engage in unlawful conduct and seeks equitable relief, including “structural relief.”
