Epic case against Google on deck after Match Group settlement

“Epic will go to trial alone,” Epic Games founder and CEO Tim Sweeney said after news of the settlement with Match Group broke.

Just before jury selection for a trial expected to last more than a month, Google LLC and Match Group LLC announced a settlement and the maker of popular dating apps has voluntarily dismissed its claims that the tech giant operated a monopoly.
