Gun maker seeks end to suit by Gilroy shooting survivors

A gun manufacturer accused of making the weapon used in the deadly 2019 Gilroy Garlic Festival Shooting, asked a Santa Clara judge Tuesday to toss all claims against it brought by the victims and their families.
