After two years of sale and lease discussions, the State Bar sold its San Francisco headquarters to Ridge Capital Investors for $54 million on Tuesday.
The bar spent $20.5 million on renovations in 2020.
The agreement allows the bar to lease its current offices for about a year, and it will then consolidate operations to about half the space, bar staff said.
