College cross-sues museum over lent Diego Rivera mural

The City College of San Francisco says the costs of moving the mural back should be paid by the museum, but the museum says it has already expended more than the loan contract called for.

The City College of San Francisco announced Thursday it will file a cross complaint against the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, disputing accusations that the college failed to timely retrieve a Diego Rivera mural.
