Oil developer wins agreement that LA County facility can operate

Bridgeland Resources LLC is fighting Los Angeles city and county ordinances that aim to halt new oil and gas wells and shut down existing ones.

An oil and gas developer appears closer to a settlement of its challenge to a Los Angeles County ordinance prohibiting new wells and designating existing wells as nonconforming.
