2 Ventura County law firms announce plan to merge
The marriage between Lowthorp Richards LLP and The Hathaway Law Firm is effective Jan. 1.
Lowthorp Richards LLP and The Hathaway Law Firm, two Ventura County boutiques, will merge effective Jan. 1 and operate as Lowthorp Richards, firm representatives announced Thursday.
“This merger represents a historical turn that will cement long-term strength and continuity, as we combine our talents to meet the needs of our clients in the twenty-first century and beyond,” said Cristian Arrieta, managing partner of Lowthorp Richards.
