Retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel Breven Parsons joined Singleton Schreiber as a partner and chief operations officer in San Diego.
Parsons served 24 years as a U.S. Marine. He was engaged in combat with the 1st Battalion, 5th Marines as the battalion judge advocate in AR Ramadi, Iraq, in 2005, he deployed as a U.N. observer in 2003 in the former Soviet Union, and he commanded Marine Security Guard detachments in Eastern Europe and Eurasia...
