Judge OKs more than $4M in fees after last settlement with Girardi Keese creditor
Trustee Elissa D. Miller told the court she currently has $19.5 million on hand that will be used to pay back other unsecured creditors, which she noted in a status report last month still has $332 million in unsecured claims.





A bankruptcy judge in Los Angeles on Tuesday approved a $1.2 million settlement between the trustee for the Girardi Keese law firm and its remaining litigation creditor, Stillwell Madison LLC.
