A3 Artists ‘run into the ground’ by majority owner, suit says

The president and CEO of A3 Artists Agency accuse the majority owner and chairman of running the talent agency into the ground and trying to sell parts cheaply to a competitor.

The complaint submitted to the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday says Adam Bold squandered everything that the company had since he and the plaintiffs, Robert Attermann and Brian Cho, acquired the company in 2018.
