Ex-employees ‘destroyed 1,000s’ of documents, tech company says

Counsel for Trace3 claimed its forensic experts were unable to recover the trade secrets documents that allegedly contained a wealth of privileged information such as customer lists, vendor lists and profit histories.

A technology company accused four former employees of destroying thousands of key documents in its trade secrets lawsuit against them and a competitor in a case filed in Santa Clara County.
