Judge scolds defense for filing ‘piecemeal’ demurrers

San Francisco Judge Richard B. Ulmer took the defendant’s “amended demurrers’ off calendar in a lawsuit over alleged infringement of a cannabis vaping product.

A San Francisco judge on Wednesday scolded the attorney for a California cannabis manufacturing company for filing a “procedurally improper” demurrer and motion to strike in a trademark infringement lawsuit by a cannabis vape cartridge supplier.
