Southwestern mulls mediator’s proposal in tenants’ lawsuit
The parties filed the ex parte application without prior notice because they all agreed to a continuance, and they do not want a ruling on the plaintiffs’ motion for trial preference to influence their decision regarding any mediator’s proposal.
