9th Circuit vacates EPA's OK of pesticide used for citrus crops

A 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel on Wednesday vacated the Environmental Protection Agency’s approval of the use of a pesticide used to protect citrus crops, because it failed to comply with the Endangered Species Act and some aspects of another federal law.
