Panel: Suppressed memory extends statute of limitations

The statute of limitations for a sexual abuse lawsuit against rocker Marilyn Manson has not expired, an appellate panel ruled Wednesday, because the plaintiff alleged sufficient facts to support an application for the delayed discovery rule, and because she said the defendants pressured her into silence for a decade.
