Jewelers target Brink’s worker over undervalued shipment

A judge allowed plaintiffs to file claims against a Brink’s employee, saying she concealed facts when telling them what amounts they should fill in on the manifests and the protection that would be provided.

Additional claims will be filed against an employee for Brink’s armored transport who is accused of advising customers to understate the value of their jewels before they were put into a truck and later stolen.
