Judge unlikely to bar SEC’s subpoena of Musk

Elon Musk’s attorneys asked a federal judge in San Francisco Thursday to block a subpoena from the Securities and Exchange Commission, which is conducting an investigation into whether the businessman violated federal securities laws when he purchased Twitter Inc. stock, made statements and SEC filings related to Twitter.
