California joins litigation against Florida real estate company accused of scam

MV Reality signed at least 1,443 Homeowner Benefit Agreements with California residents and recorded illegal liens on most of these properties.

The state of California accused a real estate company based in Florida of targeting financially-strapped homeowners in California and recording illegal liens against their properties during the pandemic.
