New CEQA report sought for LA’s Harvard-Westlake River Park Project
“The oversized project for a private high school, with significant financial, organizational and availability of public use, would be located on the last remaining 16 acres of unprotected open space along the Los Angeles River in the San Fernando Valley,” reads the complaint signed by Carstens, Black & Minteer LLP partner Amy C.
