Aerojet Rocketdyne settles with insurer over claims for explosions
On Monday, Downey Brand LLP Partner William R. Warne filed a notice of settlement with the court. Attorneys for Orbital Sciences Corp. and another insurer with a stake in the case, Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Co. of America, also signed the motion. Terms were not disclosed.

Sacramento County-based Aerojet Rocketdyne Inc. settled with an insurer that refused to pay for the costs of two rocket explosions.
