Nursing facility director wins $11.1M for wrongful termination and retaliation

Bohm Law Group Inc. founding principal Lawrance A. Bohm represented the winning plaintiff, Kathleen Armstrong, whom the nursing facility terminated on July 11, 2018 following numerous reports she made to management regarding elder neglect and improper care that led to her father's death a month earlier.

RIVERSIDE -- A Riverside County jury awarded $11.1 million to a nursing facility admissions director in a whistleblower retaliation termination case against Life Care Centers of America Inc. and the executive director of one of its facilities.
