William “Bill” Wynder, a founder of Aleshire & Wynder LLP who made it a go-to law firm for cities across Southern California, is winding down his practice after more than four decades.
“We’ve focused almost entirely on public agency representation,” Wynder said. “We started out representing cities, and now we represent cities, water districts, and sewer districts. We’re still primarily focused on public agency representation.”
