X Corp. workers can sue over bonuses

Twitter, now named X Corp., must answer claims that it failed to pay tens of millions of dollars in bonuses promised to employees, a federal judge in San Francisco ruled. U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria allowed the workers to proceed with their breach of contract claim and gave them leave to amend for their promissory estoppel claim.
