Judge quashes subpoena for 26 years of a plaintiff’s history

In August, Harbor’s lawyers served Spivey’s health care providers and the Employment Development Department with a subpoena for records dating from 1997 to present day.

A Los Angeles County judge on Wednesday quashed a subpoena defense counsel for Harbor Health Care Inc. sought for 26 years worth of employment and medical records of the facility’s former program manager who is suing for wrongful termination.
