Twitter resists notifying former workers of class claim

“This narrow motion asks the court to require Twitter to give potential class members basic information about this case, so that they can make informed decisions when they are presented with release agreements,” Kate Mueting of Sanford Heisler Sharp LLP wrote.

Attorneys for Twitter and Elon Musk insisted Friday that potential class members they are negotiating with to settle severance claims need not be notified of ongoing litigation in the same matter.
