Youth ride-sharing company HopSkipDrive was sued in Los Angeles County Superior Court over a data breach in which the personal identifying information of customers and drivers was compromised.
The class complaint, filed Thursday by Arnold Law Firm on behalf of a customer and a driver, accuses the so-called “Uber for kids” of being negligent and reckless with their personal information.
