Parris Law gets $3.1M, praise from judge for wrongful death case

"The court has never seen this in a courtroom in 30 years of service on the court," Los Angeles Judge Mary Ann Murphy said in praise of the plaintiffs' attorneys' work.

A Los Angeles Couinty judge awarded more than $3.1 million in attorney fees to Parris Law Firm three months after a jury awarded $20 million to the family of a woman killed in Lancaster by a drunken driving elementary school principal.
