McKinsey seeks OK of $78M settlement with insurers for opioid consulting

“We continue to believe that our past work was lawful and deny allegations to the contrary, and the settlement contains no admission of liability or wrongdoing,” McKinsey has said.

McKinsey & Co. Inc. and health insurers and benefits plans asked a federal judge for preliminary approval for a $78 million settlement to resolve claims the consultancy played a key role in the opioid epidemic.
