Ford moves truck repair lawsuit to federal court

Ford is facing a pending class action in the Southern District of Florida over similar claims.

Ford Motor Co. concealed transmission defects found by the owners of an F150 truck, according to a lawsuit that was removed to federal court in San Francisco after the repair shop defendant was dismissed.
