Activision biased against old, white men, lawsuit says

Shortly after CEO Bobby Kotick announced that the problem with the company was “there are too many old white guys,” two white executives in their 50s left the company and were replaced by significantly younger workers, the lawsuit stated.

A former Activision Blizzard executive sued the video game giant this week, claiming he was fired because he’s old and white.

The lawsuit comes less than a month after the company agreed to pay $50 million to settle sexual harassment and sexism claims by mostly women plaintiffs.
