Partial dismissal of suit claiming cybersecurity company hack

The blockchain training company said it lost a $2.8 million contractor because its contractor hacked a cryptocurrency exchange.

A San Francisco judge on Friday declined to fully dismiss a dispute between Wallarm Inc., a leading cybersecurity company, and Convexity Limited, blockchain training and IT solutions company.

The lawsuit stems from Convexity’s claim that Wallarm hacked a cryptocurrency exchange and caused Convexity to lose out on a $2.8 million contract.
