Payward can’t get ex-executive’s lawsuit dismissed

The company accuses the former senior personnel manager of turning employees against Payward, and denies his claims of gender-based pay inequality.

A San Francisco judge on Monday declined to dismiss a whistleblower lawsuit filed against Payward Inc., the company behind the cryptocurrency exchange Kraken.

The suit was filed by a former executive claiming to have been targeted for raising concerns about pay inequities between men and women at the company.
