San Jose jury awards $5M to consultant in contract breach

“Alfa Consult SA, a European company working in Iraq, stood up to corporate bullying by its larger American partners-turned-adversaries,” the plaintiff’s attorney, Stephen G. Larson, wrote.

Alfa Consult SA, a Luxembourg based technology and construction company, secured a unanimous $5 million verdict from a federal jury in San Jose on Wednesday in a breach of contract lawsuit against TCI International Inc. stemming from a proposed project with the Iraqi Communications and Media Commission.
