Roblox asks judge to toss claims it lets kids gamble

U.S. District Judge Vince G. Chhabria asks Weitz & Luxenberg attorney whether its client sufficiently pleaded RICO claims if Roblox knew about the gambling enterprise and decided not to stop it.

SAN FRANCISCO — Roblox Corp. urged a federal judge on Thursday to dismiss claims that the online gaming system facilitated an illegal gambling operation targeting children on its platform.
