Lawyers: Porn defendants ‘improperly grouped’

Lawyers for pornography conglomerate Aylo Global Entertainment argued claims against the company and its subsidiaries in a 2023 sex trafficking complaint suffered from improper group pleading and were unsupported by the allegations.

Oral arguments on Aylo’s Wednesday motion to dismiss the complaint are scheduled to be heard before U.S. District Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald on Feb. 26.
