McKinsey’s $230M opioid settlement gets judicial OK

The settlements also include attorney fees of $31 million for lawyers representing the government plaintiffs and $2.3 million for those representing the school

The federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation that claimed McKinsey & Co. had a role in the national opioid crisis gave final approval Friday to a $207 million settlement with cities and counties and a $23 million settlement with school districts.
