Makers of Squishmallows stuffed toy trade lawsuits

Squishmallows maker accused Build-A-Bear of stealing the idea for its own toy, Skoosherz. Build-A-Bear says similarities are part of a trend in the industry.

Build-A-Bear Workshop copied the popular stuffed toy Squishmallows to make a similar plush toy Skoosherz, according to a lawsuit attorneys from Hueston Hennigan LLP filed in federal court in Los Angeles.
