Judge to rule on Scientology's anti-SLAPP motion
The motion claims that the plaintiffs improperly seek liability for the protected speech of non-parties in the case, including 2018 Facebook posts by church members that plaintiff Chrissie Carnell Bixler said were made to incite harassment against her.
