Fox, Tubi say counsel wrongly used privileged documents

Attorneys for Tubi Inc. and its parent company, Fox Corp., told a San Francisco judge Wednesday that attorneys for the lead plaintiff in a putative gender discrimination class action improperly used privileged documents while taking the deposition of a potential witness.
