Berkeley schools accused of allowing antisemitic bullying

Berkeley Unified School District was accused of failing to take action against antisemitic bullying and harassment in a complaint filed Wednesday with the U.S. Department of Education. The filing came weeks after attorneys for UC Berkeley and its law school, defending similar claims, told a federal judge that punishing student organizations for “political speech” was unconstitutional.
