Wozniak claim against YouTube over Bitcoin scam revived

The ruling reversed a dismissal of the case on the grounds of Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, a partial win for apple c0-founder Steve Wozniak’s case.

A 6th District Court of Appeal panel allowed Apple Inc. co-founder Steve Wozniak and 17 other plaintiffs to revive their lawsuit against YouTube LLC over a “bitcoin giveaway” scam.
