Google can’t retry antitrust case brought by Epic Games

Epic Games, the maker of the popular video game Fortnite, has three weeks to file its proposed injunction.

Google LLC will not get a new trial in its antitrust dispute with Epic Games Inc. after a San Francisco jury found late last year that the tech giant created a monopoly through its Play Store billing system.
