No psych evaluations for CPS interns, LA County agrees
The Child Protective Services interns, who are part of a master’s degree program through USC’s School of Social Work which aims at employment with the county, will no longer be subject to psychological evaluations for qualification.
Interns who work for Los Angeles County’s Child Protective Services, and are prospective employees, will no longer be subject to psychological evaluations for qualification if they are part of a master’s degree program through USC’s School of Social Work, according to a lawsuit settlement announced Monday.
