Girardi’s wire fraud trial delayed to allow defense more time to prepare

The trial in Los Angeles has been pushed back to Aug. 6 and Girardi’s defense counsel has been granted additional time to review discovery, conduct legal research and bring new team members up to speed.

A federal judge pushed back Tom Girardi’s wire fraud trial in Los Angeles to Aug. 6 and granted his mostly new defense counsel additional time to review discovery and complete additional legal research for the case.
