Investors can pursue antitrust claims against Solano County landowners

The investor group, which spent six years buying up thousands of acres of land under the name Flannery Associates LLC, alleged a group of landowners engaged in a conspiracy by text and other means to drive up the sales prices of their properties.

A group of Silicon Valley investors can continue to pursue antitrust claims against a group of Solano County landowners that they say are trying to drive up land prices because of a planned city.
