GameTime United settles lawsuit over hidden fees and misleading consumers

The settlement came after a Superior Court judge denied a motion to compel arbitration in November 2022. Financial terms were not disclosed.

SAN FRANCISCO -- Attorneys for GameTime United Inc., a last-minute event ticketing app, and a proposed class of plaintiffs suing the company for allegedly charging hidden fees and misleading consumers, told a Superior Court judge Tuesday that the putative class action had been settled.
