Secret Service agents to be dropped from suit against Erika Girardi
The suit claimed that the Tom and Erika Girardi were friends with Lorenzo Robert Savage III, the former chief of the U.S. Secret Service’s Los Angeles division, and that he was bribed to wrongfully prosecute a fashion designer for credit card fraud.





A federal judge indicated Monday he will dismiss claims against former and current U.S. Secret service agents who were named as defendants in an $18.2 million conspiracy lawsuit, along with Erika Girardi – estranged wife of disbarred attorney Tom Girardi.
